Why can't I login?
First, be sure that you're entering your email address, not your username, and remember that passwords are CaSE-senSiTIVe. We do have sporadic issues with certain browsers -- please let us know if you can't log in.
How do I change my user name?
Once you pick your user name, you?re stuck with it! So make sure you choose a good one!
How do I edit my preferences?
Go to your 'my stuff' page and click on 'Edit Account Info' to the right of your profile photo. You can modify your account info, personal info, kids birthdays, and preferences.
How do I start/stop receiving email notifications?
If you would like to set your preferences for which notifications from Maya's Mom are emailed to you, click on the "My Stuff" tab, then on the "Edit Account Info" link next to your username. Click on "preferences" to set which emails are sent to you and which are stored in your Maya's Mom inbox. Change email preferences now.
Can I post anonymously?
Anonymous talks should only be used when you *really* need advice, but are too embarassed or afraid to ask as yourself. We will not approve talks that are confessions, random thoughts, or violate any of our policies.
